Live guest portrait painting is a unique and memorable experience where I create custom watercolor portraits of your guests right at the event. Each guest gets to take home their own personalized portrait, adding a special touch to your celebration. Live Guest Portrait Painting Process

Free Consultation and Booking
Once you have expressed interest in a live guest portrait painting service for your event, I will schedule a free consultation with you to discuss your vision and make sure I am the perfect fit for your event. We finalize logistics such as the event date, venue, how many guests will be at the event, along with contract terms like pricing and deposit requirements.

The Big Day
On the day of your event, I will arrive 1.5 hours early to set up my table and supplies. As guests enter the event space, I will instruct them to let me take a quick picture of them, then they can go about and enjoy the event. I will continue painting throughout the duration of the event and place completed portraits on my display.

Finishing Details
Any unfinished portraits will be completed in the studio and either shipped or will be available for local pickup 3-4 weeks post the event.

Delivery and Follow-up
Once the portraits are complete, I'll arrange a meeting for pickup or arrange shipping, if preferred. This ensures the artwork reaches you safely, ready to be proudly displayed and cherished.
Pricing Guide
Charming Celebration Package (25-50 Guests)
$800*
- 4-6 hours of live watercolor guest painting during ceremony and/or reception of up to 50 guests.
- Up to 1 hour travel from Springdale Arkansas area.
- All unfinished portraits will be completed in the studio within 3-4 weeks and will either be mailed or available for local pickup.
- Post wedding/event studio finishing touches.
- Local pickup or shipping included.
Elegant Ensemble Package (50-75 Guests)
$900*
- 4-6 hours of live watercolor guest painting during ceremony and/or reception of up to 75 guests.
- Up to 1 hour travel from Springdale Arkansas area
- All unfinished portraits will be completed in the studio within 3-4 weeks and will either be mailed or available for local pickup.
- Post wedding/event studio finishing touches.
- Local pickup or shipping included.
Grand Gathering Package (75-100 Guests)
$1,000*
- 4-6 hours of live watercolor guest painting during ceremony and/or reception of up to 100 guests.
- Up to 1 hour travel from Springdale Arkansas area.
