Live Wedding & Event Painting Process

Free Consultation and Booking
Once you have expressed interest in a live painting for your event, I will schedule a free consultation with you to discuss your vision and make sure I am the perfect fit for your event. We finalize logistics such as the event date, venue, and preferred scene, along with contract terms like pricing and deposit requirements.

The Big Day
On the day of your event, I will arrive 2-3 hours early to set up my easel and supplies. I will begin sketching the background and basic details of the scene so that when the event starts, I can begin painting. I will continue painting throughout the duration of the event, or until the painting is complete.

Finishing Details
Once the event concludes, I carefully transport the painting to my studio to apply the finishing touches. Finally, I apply a protective varnish to preserve the artwork, ensuring it remains a cherished memento for years to come.

Delivery and Follow-up
Once the painting is complete, I'll arrange a meeting for pickup or arrange shipping, if preferred. This ensures the artwork reaches you safely, ready to be proudly displayed and cherished.
